Is it fine to carry my CPAP back and forth every week?

Yes, the machines are meant to be unplugged and moved. Empty and dry the water tub before you pack it, and keep the mask and hose clean in a separate bag. If it becomes a hassle, the AirMini is designed to be compact for travel.

My parents live in Sungai Petani but I work in Kuala Lumpur. Can I sort it all out from KL?

Yes. You can message us, confirm the model and whether to buy or rent, and pay by online banking from wherever you are. Delivery to your parents' Sungai Petani home is arranged on WhatsApp, so share a contact who will be there.

Do I need a prescription or sleep study before getting a CPAP?

How do I choose a CPAP mask type?

Nasal masks cover the nose, nasal pillows rest at the nostrils and full face masks cover the nose and mouth. People who breathe through the mouth at night are often pointed to full face masks, but fit is personal. Your doctor or therapist can advise, and we can talk through the options. Masks are from RM600 (mask only).

What comes with a CPAP rental, and is there an upfront payment?

What is included, any upfront payment and the minimum rental period are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you commit.

Do you deliver CPAP machines to my area, and how do I pay?

Delivery is available across Malaysia, and the arrangement is confirmed with you on WhatsApp. You pay by online bank transfer.

Will a CPAP machine guarantee better sleep?
